Windbourne College Consulting is thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new Cohort Service, designed to support high school juniors on their journey to college. This unique program provides group learning to support your student with their college applications.

Here's what you can expect:

???? Monthly Meetings: From March to October, join virtually on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:30 pm for group sessions that cover the college admissions process.  The first meeting will be March 10th.

???? Student Portal Access: Dive into a treasure trove of college research and organizational tools, available anytime in our user-friendly student portal.

???? Rich Educational Content: Post-meeting- access slides, worksheets, and more to reinforce learning and aid in college preparation.

???? College List Review: We'll offer a review of college lists, providing suggestions to ensure a well-rounded selection.

???? Personal Statement Reviews: Each student will receive up to two reviews of their Personal Statement, helping them stand out in their applications.

???? Exclusive Webinar Opportunity: Sign up before February 22nd and join us for a special Financial Aid/College Affordability Webinar.

Monthly Meeting Topics Include:

• Introduction to College Planning: Understanding the admissions landscape, college types, and preparing academically and with extracurriculars.
• The College Search Process: Researching colleges and evaluating college fit based on various factors.
• Exploring College Majors and Careers: Aligning interests with potential majors and career paths.
• Crafting a Compelling Application: Navigating the Common App, brainstorming the Personal Statement, and more.
• Writing Your Personal Statement: In-depth guidance on crafting a standout personal statement.
• Common App Workshop: Mastering the Common Application and managing application deadlines.
• Application Review and Submission Strategies: Finalizing applications and understanding different admission decisions.
• Next Steps: Preparing for responses, decision-making, and celebrations!
